Internship For Finance

**Job Descriptions**:- Document searching to support Audit/Tax/Kastam audit.- Compile and filling out complete Vendor invoice and payment voucher.- Document matching verification especially for key material and shipping number retrieval for international shipping and other ad-hoc tasks.- Document organization in the filing room & downstair storeroom.- Staff claim verification.- Import invoice (key material) - document sorting, completeness check & posting.- Verify local transportation price on quotation against SAP maintenance, propose price & route maintenance.- Assist in month-end payment listing - verify invoices (system vs hard copy), HOD approval, DO, PO, etc.- Verify JomPay invoices/bills with HOD approval for payment submission.- Filing improvement (Giro bulk payment - prompt payment, mid-month, 20th & month end) all entities.- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.**Job Requirements**:**Language Requirements**:- English- Malay**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM650.00 - RM800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ayer Keroh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- When is your internship period?
