Internship For Logistics And Business Students

During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Industrial Project - Oversize Cargo!
To support Billing team for daily post invoices. Ensure accuracy in rating and data entry on into Booking System. Liaise with Sales Team on any rates related issues. Ensureon time invoice posting in System for shipment Phase in IMP/IMC/CMP status. Ensure on time submission of daily/weekly/monthly customer reports (if required). Ensure compliance ISO standards and Compliance. Focus on post invoice & distribution invoice to customer. Other duties being assigned by superior. To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualification to have:
Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation , and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain. It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers. Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in English. Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) This internship working location at Iskandar Puteri, Johor We welcome students with 3 - 6 months internship to apply with us! Successful candidate will be provided internship allowance on monthly basis.
