Internship For Logistics/ Supply Chain Student

The Intern will assist the Assistant Manager, Service Excellence who is responsible for **overseeing the operation practices of courier service and monitor performance of operation** to ensure high service quality for customers.**Key Activities / Accountabilities:- **- Support the service quality activities to monitor performance of operation- In charges of the master list for postcode of eFMX.- Assists in change the setting in the EMS and development of OE system- Involve in the various project i.e street level mapping- Involve in Premium service project and etc**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:- **- Diploma or Degree holder in any field- Strong communication and listening skills- Customer relationship management- Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual- Available for 3-6 months period starting from **Feb 2024 and prefer able to start immediately**- Good command of spoken and written English.**Working Location**:FMX (M) Sdn BhdLot 8, Jalan Sungai Kayu Ara 32/38, Berjaya Industrial Park, Seksyen 32, Shah Alam,40460 Selangor.**Job Type**: InternshipSchedule:- Day shift
