Internship For Project Admin

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents, including plans, specifications, permits, and contracts.- Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, filed, and easily accessible to the team.- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from the team, subcontractors, and vendors.- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events.- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents as required.- Track and report on project progress and expenditures- Assist in the preparation of project close-out documentation.- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the project team.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 months**Salary**: Up to RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
