This job is an internship for Transportation and Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Industrial Project - oversize shipment. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.
During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Industrial Project - oversize shipment.
Support team members in transportation and shipping in the back-end process. Communicate with pricing and commercial/sales team to ensure rates are as per agreement. Provide basic administrative support to maintain 100% compliance in respective country and overseas regulatory requirements and ensure quality conformance before shipping. On-time and accuracy of tool fulfillment report preparation and submission. Comprehend customer requirement and make appropriate recommendations and proposal under supervision. Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation. Any ah-hoc tasks that is assigned by supervisor. To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualification to have:
Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation , and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain. It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers. Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in English. Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) This internship working location at USJ 25, Subang Jaya We welcome students with 6 months internship to apply with us! Successful candidate will be provided internship allowance on monthly basis.
