Position: Internship for Human Resource HR - Recruitment Consultant
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Program Framework:
• To enable students to become more qualified candidates by gaining practical perspectives on the academic concepts and the theories they studied.
• To lead students to a greater understanding of business world and assist with the development of skills marketable for their chosen career path.
• Through the internship program, students can build their professional network which can be invaluable in today’s job search.
• Students are also given an opportunity to interact with customers to gain exposure.
Responsibilities:
• To contact potential candidates for job roles within and in other industry. Hiring & training recruitment consultants.
• Managing candidate experience and recruit for clients within the field of Banking, Sales, Marketing & Insurance.
Internship Eligibility/ Requirement:
• Minimum 3 months commitment
• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Energetic, good communication skills, passionate to grow and succeed in the real industry.
