Job Description Tasks : Assist to schedule Interview session & follow up with stakeholders Prepare offer letter, extension / shortening for Interns  Facilitate on New Hire On-boarding process     Assist profile completion for interns & submit in Self Service Framework (SSF) Prepare Document for Expatriates & submit Projects :  Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment  Qualifications Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Business Management / International Business / Human Resource fields. Preferable  6 months of internship compulsory commitment. Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills, Good communication skill & Analytical skill Joining date: May 2024
