Internship In Human Resources - Payroll

**Payroll Team**- Ensure that all personnel files details is key in into HRMS accurately- Key in all the medical receipt into Excel file for record purpose- Filling payroll related supporting document- Assist in maintaining personnel file by ensure all relevant documents is filed accordingly- Compile resignation staff personnel file- Assist in open new file for new employees- Assist to issue HR letters and follow up on the return copy of HR letters- Assist in industrial relation related matters**Role Requirements**:- Currently possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.- Good knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.- 1 Internship position available.**Job Types**: Full-time, InternshipContract length: 3-6 monthsPay: RM1,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia/English (preferred)License/Certification:- B2/D (preferred)
