Overview:Dimension Bid (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Intern in the areas of Logistics Management/Supply Chain to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for students who are interested in the Oil & Gas Industry and want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The Role:You will be assisting the supervisor with a variety of tasks in the areas of logistics & supply chain. You will be exposed to different areas of operations within the specified division in order to achieve and provide effective solutions in conjunction with the division's business objectives.**Scope of Duty for Interns (Includes but not limited to)**:**To assist logistic activity as per SOP and active in cost control effort**- Arrange Internal & External logistic and freight forwarding for the company.- Prepare and update logistic and freight forwarding description, custom clearance with the agent and cost details.**To provide complete logistic report**- Provide daily internal and external logistic activity.- Submit weekly internal and external logistic activity report and cost tracking for logistic and freight forwarding.- Assist Logistic Coordinator/Supervisor to prepare & submit monthly internal and external logistic activity report.**Involve in Quality Management for Stock Movement**- To ensure all logistic activity completed as per SOP.- Participate in internal audit by DB quality team and external audit with accredited body or clients.**Special Project**- Flexible and able to perform multi-tasking and /or undertake special assignments and/or ad-hoc functions when required by Superior.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum diploma in related study (**logistic / supply chain management** etc)- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu- Competent in Microsoft office and any inventory software- Competent to perform duty defined in the job description safely.- Quick Learner- Good communication skills.- Good analytical and attention to detail.- This internship will take place in Kemaman.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Up to RM600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kemaman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Kindly provide your internship duration (Start date until end date)Expected Start Date: 07/31/2023
