Internship In Technical Support

Responsibilities:- Expected to work closely with the customer, the onsite/offsite technical support team and management to ensure a smooth, timely delivery and handling of the support cases.- Take ownership of all Technical problem and plan it to ensure the plan is tracked during the entire life cycle of the project.**Requirements**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Able to handle customer professionally- A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3-6 months**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- Drive License (preferred)
