Internship In Tourism & Recreation

Promote the service & product available.- Provide good customer service to customers ethically.- Greet the customer while customer entering and leaving.- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information- Handle all cash, credit card transactions with customers.- Make sales referrals, upselling, and cross-sell product and introduce new attractions.- Maintain clean and tidy of working area.- Assist in finance department on payment collections and stock check process.- Keep reports of transaction and update on daily basis.- Assist in retail and souvenir job task such as product price labelling, product display management and daily stock take.- To report to Operation Supervisor- To do any operation tasks relating to Recreation activities operated by the Management.Other duties at the discretion of the Management**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: From RM300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:All staff are required to wear mask & fully vaccinated.Ability to commute/relocate:- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Recreation operation: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
