Server/Network/Service Desk/Software Developer/WPS- Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot problems- Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service- Contribute to SSC Center technical documentation and participate in write up, document and record- Perform analysis on type of incidents and service request- Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff- Perform other duties/projects as assigned**; Requirements**:- A final year student with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or IT-related field- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English language- Internship period required 3 months above- Basic knowledge of Windows computer or server support and computer networking- Have self-interest in IT Support / IT Infrastructure- Has a proactive attitude, attention to details and problem-solving skills
