Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity- Document and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as necessary- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues**; Requirements**:- Language: Mandarin, English, Malay- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
