To source, negotiate and purchase necessary (e.g. parts, materials & machinery) from identified and reliable suppliers.- Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish favorable terms and conditions.- To create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitor contract performance and adherence to terms.- Prepare and distribute RFQ documents to potential suppliers, Issue Purchase order (PO), follow-up Delivery and check Delivery Order. Monitor and purchase of HQ office supplies.- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.- Work with finance and budgeting teams to ensure procurement activities align with financial goals.- Assist the Manager in managing some human resource functions and handling routine administrative tasks to support the procurement team.- Assist in the preparation and distribution of procurement-related documents.- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as ensuring proper documentation of procurement activities, contracts, and correspondence.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
