**REQUIREMENTS**- **Nationality - **Malaysian only- **Minimum - **Bachelor's degree in Management, Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field- Undergraduates in their Final Year of study onwards and graduates with less than 1-year experience are welcome to apply- Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent- Longer duration of internships required (if any) (up to 5-6 months)*if less than that, are also welcome to apply- Self Starter and requires mínimal supervision- Have a willingness to learn on the job- Excellent written and verbal communication- Solid organizational & time management skills- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities to maximum efficiency**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Provide support to new construction, reinvestments, maintenance of existing stores, and the day-to-day needs of our business- Document program terms and communicate requirements to construction teams and supply partners- Manage and forecast the day-to-day needs of our business- Coordinate and deliver supplier performance appraisals- Track and report program improvement- Travel within the designated region as required to build relationships and be connected to the work**Why should you join us?
