It offers the Alcon Global Services Centre in Petaling Jaya to bring new, fresh ideas and energy into the workplace, to develop talents, and to build a pipeline for potential full-time employeesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Journal Entries and General Ledger:- Participate in the recording of journal entries and adjustments- Help maintain the accuracy of the general ledger- Account Reconciliations & Data Analysis- Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account reconciliations- Analyse financial data and provide insights- Audit & Tax schedule:- Assist in the preparation BS schedules for internal and external audits. (which is simple)- Process Documentation:- Document and update standard operating procedures for R2R processesWhat you may expect from us:- System Utilization:- Gain hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Blackline ).
