Internship Sales Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.- Advising and assisting customers.- Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.- Conducting customer transactions.- Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.- Assisting with store deliveries.**REQUIREMENTS**- Communication and customer service skills to deal with clients and keep them happy.- Attention to details to display the products at their best and keep the shop floor clean and tidy.- Technical skills for operating point of sales systems and stock checking systems.- Numeracy skills for customer transactions.- Problem-solving skills- Service-oriented- Exceptional technical expertise- Superior working knowledge of computer systems- Time and task management- Extensive knowledge of computer software- No-experienced also available**KEY SKILLS AND QUALITIES INCLUDE**:- Good teamwork.- Flexibility to do different tasks.- Ability to be friendly and polite, even when tired, or under pressure.- Ability to follow procedures correctly, such as using a till.- Confidence in giving advice and information.- Having enough stamina to keep going.**Salary**: RM400.00 - RM600.00 per month**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- ENGLISH (preferred)
