Internship (Sales & Marketing) - July Intake

Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keep all active sales files available digitally and in hard-copy form- Answer telephone and respond to client inquiries in a pleasant manner- Prepare Event Order, Proforma Invoice & Amendment related to the event- Assist sales person by managing schedules, filing important document and communicating relevant information- Assist walk-in guest in the hotel for inspection. (e.g rooms, halls and hotel facilities)- Attend in-house appointment with guests- Follow-up with guests for their tentative booking and discuss about their needs- Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager, Sales Team, Management, or Director of Sales**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3-6 monthsPay: RM500.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shift
