Internship Supply Chain

Support the day-to-day supply chain activities.- Assist in data entry and record-keeping.- Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.- Work closely external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery. Cross checking all the relevant documents for customs declaration.- Prepare and file various sales documentation in a timely and orderly procedure.- Participate in process improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans in relation to supply chain or inventory management- Follow the instructions of the Team Lead and Managers regarding the daily work coordination.- Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior from time to time**Requirements**:- A good team player with a high level of maturity and independence.- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Willing to work in Bukit Kapar Meru Klang- The **minimum** internship period is 4 months**Job Type**: Internship**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
