Internship - Supply Chain

__1. Support and assist the QC Team in effectively communicating service terms for damaged items with respective commercial teams and stores, ensuring clarity and understanding.2. Assist in the timely follow-up with store managers to update the Damages Service Items Report, maintaining accurate records of damaged items.3. Participate in joint inspections with SINO at the M128 warehouse quarantine location to verify physical items and ensure compliance with service standards.4. Engage in weekly cycle count random checks to maintain inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.5. Aid in coordinating the return of serviced items to stores and processing Transfer Orders requests from the warehouse, facilitating smooth logistics operations.6. Collaborate with suppliers and merchandisers regularly to arrange meetings and address service-related matters, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.7. Monitor tagged store items to ensure proper documentation, including photos and sales orders, are accurately posted on desknet Neo (TAG), maintaining comprehensive records.8. Participate in inbound stock QC checks at the receiving bay in M128 Warehouse, ensuring the quality of incoming stock meets established standards.9. Conduct stock tally checks for all containers outbound to East Malaysia Warehouses, ensuring accuracy in inventory shipments.10. Contribute to weekly OSHA and safety awareness checks in collaboration with Sino and the Supply Chain team, prioritizing a safe working environment.11. Follow up on updates of the 5S Checklist for all East Malaysia Warehouses, ensuringadherence to organizational standards for cleanliness and organization.12.
