Internship Tooling

**Job Description Summary**:**Essential Responsibilities**:- Analyze projects technical information (technical specifications, scope of work, division of work)- Support the design of the site's special tooling for site assembly in accordance with site planning and budget considering the EHS aspect- Assist to the site Non Conformances- Participate to the projects procedures & tooling preparation.- Prepare information and execute technical drawings- Provide technical support for procurement and site activities- Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient mode of operations on tooling- To learn and support continuous improvement process, development process and design workflows to minimize unnecessary stoppages and breakdown- Investigating the process and defects caused by tooling and identify ways to improve- Provide support and ensure production & quality issues are resolved- Exposure on performing technical research and develops solutions to engineering problems- Take part in the weekly maintenance programs which normally take place during weekend- Any related task to be assigned by Superior which is still under basic operational needs.**Qualifications / Requirements**:- Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aviation or relevant engineering field.**Desired Characteristics**:- Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn- Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively- Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed- Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative- Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
