Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Admin Intern and embark on a dynamic journey of learning and growth.**Position Overview**:As a Talent Acquisition Admin Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with administrative tasks and getting hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide administrative support including database management, formatting documents and presentations according to company template etc.- Assist in reviewing and shortlisting resumes, ensuring alignment with job requirements.- Help maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Support the team in conducting reference checks and background screenings.**What You Will Gain**:At the end of the 3-month internship, you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of how end-to-end recruitment functions.
