Contact and coordinate with sales.- Contact / message transfer to sales, if any order or related info received.- Coordination between own company, sales and customer.- Ensure no communication issue between sales and customer.- For customer order and related info, on time feedback to related sales.- Coordination of purchase order, contract or related document, ensure on time update to system.- Fully support and cooperation with sales member.- Good communicate and coordinate with planner- Pay attention / follow up closely in which order still not in schedule planned.- Follow up customer order schedule and update status.- Integration of percentage for by sales area, coordinate & communicate with sales and customer for the order confirmation and delivery plan.- For delivery order copy return by logistic department, need review, verify and keep filling.
