Details of the offer

Contact and coordinate with sales.- Contact / message transfer to sales, if any order or related info received.- Coordination between own company, sales and customer.- Ensure no communication issue between sales and customer.- For customer order and related info, on time feedback to related sales.- Coordination of purchase order, contract or related document, ensure on time update to system.- Fully support and cooperation with sales member.- Good communicate and coordinate with planner- Pay attention / follow up closely in which order still not in schedule planned.- Follow up customer order schedule and update status.- Integration of percentage for by sales area, coordinate & communicate with sales and customer for the order confirmation and delivery plan.- For delivery order copy return by logistic department, need review, verify and keep filling. If have any abnormal case (Goods damage, appearance or weight issue complaint, etc), immediately feedback / inform to related sales.- Update new customer database / profile.- New customer database completely update and classified.- Work closely & cooperate with superior, sales and customer, work properly delivery arrangement.- Ensure no conversation gap and provide good servicing to customer.- On time update the report for related quality and capacity.- Coordination and collaboration is basic requirement for daily job role.- To maintain stock master in the system- To maintain optimum stock level and monitor customer service level- To ensure accurate and timely completion and reporting of all reports- To involve in the planning and replenishment process- To assist in stock clearance, write off and stock take exercise- To undertake any other assignments assigned by Superior from time to time**Job Requirements**:- Degree in Accounting would be an advantage- At least 2 years and above working experience in related field.- Strong organization and planning skill- Good written and verbal communication: English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Well verse in MS Office and knowledge in Autocount Accounting Software will be added advantage**Benefits**- Medical Benefit;- Bonus and incentive scheme entitlement;- Insurance coverage;- Handphone allowance;**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
