Inventory Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To ensure the accuracy of the report and the adequacy of stock.- To comment on the Stock & Sales Report (SSR) by monthly basis.- Follow up on the progress of the first-time ordering for a new product.- Update the summary list of product flow within DXN Subsidiaries & External Distribution Agencies by quarterly.- Follow up with Shipping PIC for timely submission of SSR.- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or equivalent.- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Knowledge and working experience in logistics would be added advantage.- Data analysis skills.- Strong verbal and written communications skills (Required language (s): English & Malay).- Good computer proficiency in Excel.- Communication skill.- Must be able to multi-task, fast-moving and work under pressure.**Benefits**:- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
