Inventory Executive

Responsibilities . To ensure accuracy of report and adequacy of stock.
. To commenting on Stock & Sales Report (SSR) by monthly basis.
. Follow up the progress of 1st time ordering for new product.
. Update summary list of product flow within DXN Subsidiaries & External Distribution Agencies by quarterly.
. Follow up with Shipping PIC for timely submission of SSR
. Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Data analysis skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (Required language (s): English & Malay).
- Good computer proficiency in Excel
- Communication skill
- Must be able to multi-task, fast-moving and work under pressure.
