Inventory Executive

Responsible to check and verify genuine and credible equipment bought.- Liaise with other department and customers/vendors.- To ensure stock inventory accuracy and maintain proper record of stock movement.- Monitors control systems which include moving, returning, issuing standard forms as per policy and procedure.- Check Stok balance and stock availability.- Assist prepare weekly/monthly inventory report.- Assist inventory data records updating and effective filing-retrieval system.- To ensure accurate and adequate maintenance of files and records.- Assist day-to- day administration and operational duties & support.- Performs other duties as required.**Job Requirement**- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Microsoft Excel skill will be added advantage.- Applicant must be willing to work in USJ21, Subang Jaya.- Full Time position(s) available**Salary**: RM2,200 - RM2,500 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are compulsory to wear a face mask everyday.
