Inventory Executive

Position Overview:An Inventory Executive is responsible for overseeing the inventory management processes within a company, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment, and optimization of inventory levels. They play a crucial role in maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.Key Responsibilities:**Inventory Management**:- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and obsolete inventory.- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies.**Supplier Management**:- Liaise with suppliers to place purchase orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery of goods.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize inventory costs and maintain quality standards.- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or discrepancies.**Inventory Analysis and Reporting**:- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock turnover rates, and inventory aging to provide insights to management.- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.- Prepare inventory-related KPIs and metrics for performance monitoring and decision-making purposes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in a similar industry or role.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of inventory control principles, forecasting techniques, and supply chain best practices.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 05/01/2024
