**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Accountable for daily cycle count, audit count, put-away audit, empty location audit, and continuous improvement of the Inventory Control activities.- Responsible for the daily cycle, audit count, put-away audit, and empty location audit including planning, timing, process flow, requirements and manpower planning and monitoring the whole process until the reports.- Responsible for reporting on daily cycle counts, audit count results, put away audits, empty location audits, and outbound audits with findings.- Responsible for daily cycle count and audit count reconciliation until report generation with the findings and performed system adjustments for closure.- Performing system transactions for operation including system and physical location transfer and product status change when requested by client.- Issuing DDR (Damage & Discrepancy report) for the damages found/informed by the operation team.- Issuing GFR (Goods Return Form) for the stock rejection from the customer.- Sending the issued DDR & GRF and tracking report to the client and management.- Responsible for annual stock take including stock take planning, timing, process flow, requirements, manpower planning and monitoring the whole process from before stock take until finalized the stock take result.- Responsible for system-to-system daily reconciliation with findings sharing and actions for the closure of the variances reported internally and to the client to ensure both systems tallies.- Performing WMS housekeeping to endure no outstanding or aging transactions are left unattended.- Working closely with the IT team to address and resolve daily EDI related issues.- Upkeep of all the inventory control documents with easy retrievable for internal or external audits.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- SPM and above with working experiences in inventory control, warehouse operations.- Experience with Excel, Warehouse Mangement System (WMS) and SAP**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
