Inventory Planner - Business Development

Job Description: Provide good inventory planning to ensure high availability to purchase (ATP), an essential trait of a good E-commerce enabler Responsible for weekly submission of purchase orders and scheduling of deliveries Forecast and adjust weekly replenishment quantity to meet business demands Manage and reconcile all supplier-warehouse disputes Understand internal data structure and data sources to assist in data pulling to facilitate data analysis needed to improve workflow and make informed decision Process purchase order payments and consignment HRIS payments in a timely manner Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in operational role or inventory planning Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously Good time management with the ability to work independently Meticulous and has an eye for details Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must Excellent command of English, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
