Inventory Planner

Job description- Responsible for managing spare-parts and consumables inventory in the spare- part (s/p) store at all stages, from the time of moving them into the s/p store, preserving and storing them until the time of moving them out of the s/p store. Also checks inventory and reports the inventory quantity periodically.- Manage (receipt/withdraw, organize (sort out and labeling)) s/p inventory.- Maintain actual s/p consumables inventory as per min quantity- update current quantity and raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for stock replenishment.- Maintain records of receiving and withdrawal of s/p and consumables- Monthly stock reports preparation and submission- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.- Comply to safety, health and operational quality standards.- Performs any other related duties as assigned by Maintenance Department staff.Requirement- Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant certificate- 2-5 working experiences with related industry- Proven working experiences as S/P store worker- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Familiar with SAP is an advantage (to create Material Number for each s/p)- Able to understand drawing for spare part management (spare part purchase and item verification during receiving)- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry heavy objects.- Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal provided- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- store keeper: 2 years (preferred)
