Responsibilities
• Contribute to due diligence, investment proposals, and internal review/approval processes• Develop complex financial models for new investments and project financing• Conduct market analysis and research on APAC power market and emerging markets in renewable sector• Manage existing portfolio of investments and support with performance reviews and planning processes• Collaborate with internal partners on project development, joint ventures, deal execution, and finance• Support shareholder representatives in governance and management of portfolio companies, development partners, and acquisitions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field• 3+ years experience in investment team of Renewable Developer, IPP, or consultancy• Experience in building financial modelling and financial analysis in renewables or energy field• Ability to draft and review investment documents with clear analysis• Experience in building financial and technical investment cases for utility-scale projects• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively• Interest in renewable energy projects
