**Company Overview**HS Health Serve Sdn Bhd is a company with over 20 years involvement in the Pharmaceutical Industry, specializes in providing a wide range of supplementary as well as over-the-counter (OTC) products.Currently, our house brands are available in leading Retail Pharmacies across Malaysia and South East Asia countries. In line with our expansion, we are seeking dynamic sales people to join our growing team.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Assist in preparing quotation, reviewing sales order, documentation issuance of all trade transactions including delivery order, invoicing, consignment notes, credit and debit notes, and any other related documents as per requested.- Provide responsive and supportive assistance to Sales Representative in sales and clients related matters.- To arrange for scheduling and allocate delivery job tasks, updating and monitoring latest stock status, and performed ad hoc duties as per assigned by management.- Perform data entry and report issuance as requested and assigned by the relevant parties.- Maintain appropriate filing and documentation in completeness, accurate and error-free manners.**Requirements**:- At least 1 year of working experience is required.- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.- Hardworking, self-discipline, committed, responsible, independent and a self-starter.- Able to work independently.- Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
