Iow (Mep) Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Inspection and Quality Assurance:- Conduct thorough inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and applicable codes.- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or deviations from approved designs.- Monitor and evaluate the quality of workmanship and materials used in MEP installations.2. Supervision and Coordination:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP contractors and subcontractors on-site.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progress.3. Documentation:- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and any non-compliance issues.- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention.4. Compliance and Safety:- Ensure that all MEP installations comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.5. Problem Resolution:- Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project.- Work closely with the project team to implement effective solutions.6. Training and Development:- Provide guidance and training to construction teams on MEP best practices and quality standards.- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to enhance professional knowledge.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in MEP inspection and supervision within the construction industry.- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,999.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leave**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Genting (required)Ability to Relocate:- Genting: Relocate before starting work (required)
