Iqc / Ipqc Technician (For Male Only)

_**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_**1) IPQC checklist 5 times per day.**- Fill up the form completely- Compile the form in the file**2) Traceability**- Fill up the form completely- Record the ingredient, batch number raw material and weight of raw materials used.- Compile the form in the traceability file**3) Sampling Product**- Record the product in form (Height/Weight/Diameter)- Make sensory test minimun 3 staff- Filling the record in file**4) Sampling Own Product**- Ensure operator save one piece of each mixture- Record the product in form (Height/Weight/Diameter)- Make sensory test minimum 3 staff- Filling the record in file**5) Record Batch Number**- Record all item that have packing yesterdey in form- Filling in the file**6) Goods Return**- Count goods return it tally or not- Check all goods return it still in good condition or not (Do sampling)- If the goods had expired, disposed.**7) Reject product**- Count the quantity of rejected product.- Fill the reject form.- If the product is damaged due to the supplier, contact the supplier as to why the product was rejected with proof.**8) Compiling the INVOICES**- The original copy of DO and INV must be SIGN, CHOP and written the receive date.- Attach INV before DO.- List all the invoices received in INDEX OF INVOICES. WRITE THE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF COMPILATION INVOICES AND TAKE A PICTURE BEFORE SEND TO ACC DEPARTMENT- Share the pictures in Account Whatsapp group and mention ACC PIC**9. Record in Borang A upon delivery.**- Fill up the form completely.- Attach behind the form the DOs copied.- Record in Receiving Trace on Excel.- Every Invoices and DO must be with SIGN, CHOP, RECEIVED**10. Reporting to QA Executive****11. Perform Visual Inspection and / or Mechanical inspection for incoming (IQA) in-process (IPQA) and final QA inspections (OQA) on items****12. Identify and record any product quality problem(s).****13. Communicate all quality issues to management in a timely manner, along with recommendations for any corrective actions that may be necessary.**- **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**_- 2 years and above incoming inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.- Familiar with Food Safety Management System, Halal and Food Handling Training is advantage- Perform other duties assigned by Leader/ Supervisor.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift
