Ir 4.0 Education Instructor & Marketing Executive

**What you'll be doing**:- Able to deliver training and education mainly in drone, robotics, Internet of Things, 3D Printing and other IR 4.0 technology courses.- Recommending improvements for training materials and methods to the management- Assisting management in developing new training syllabi- Conducting internal knowledge transfer activities for the training team- Reporting on training activities and schedules to management and stakeholders- Handling leads and inquiries related to proposals, quotations, and invoicing- Attending client meetings to present training products- Maintaining thorough communication with clients throughout the training process- Gathering feedback from participants after each training session to improve the business- Upselling training products during/after training sessions- Providing customer support for the LMS learning system- Assisting the LMS Manager in creating LMS training content- Providing marketing content and articles related to training courses to the Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Manager- Creating graphic designs related to training materials and digital marketing.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Early shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Training related activities.: 1 year (required)
