Ir Executive (Human Resource)

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.- Responsible handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling services to employees- Responsible to investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.- Responsible to avoid industrial disputes.- Responsible to minimize the labor turnover rate and absenteeism.- Responsible participating in dismissal processes- Manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) reviews between superiors & employees- Provide IR Training- Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies related matter**Requirements**:- Possess with Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field- Requires at least 2 years of related experience in employee relations or industrial relations- Possess strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.- Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices.- Solid organizational skill and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (English & Malay) and leadership skills - ability to operate as a true human resources leader, who can identify positive needs for the business- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
