It Assistant

**Job Title: IT Assistant**We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive support for software, hardware, and network systems within the organization. Your responsibilities will include addressing end-user concerns, optimizing software and hardware performance, and actively participating in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment and virtual machines.**Responsibilities**:- Provide effective support to end users, addressing their IT-related concerns promptly and efficiently.- Collaborate with the team to optimize both software and hardware systems for enhanced performance.- Offer technical support for PC setup and deployment, network printer setup, server maintenance, and other IT-related tasks.**Requirements**:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Understanding of software development principles and familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#, knowledge of PHP and MVC Framework will be considered an added advantage.- Basic knowledge of configuring and managing network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and virtual machines.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Proficiency in SQL queries for MySQL databases.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.If you are an aspiring IT professional with a passion for software development and a keen interest in contributing to network and VM configuration, we invite you to apply.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- On call- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
