It Assistant Manager

Troubleshoot and monitor the Hospital Information System (HIS) and other software, which includes daily backup and data storage, perform SCO Unix administration and maintenance etc- Liaise with external HIS consultant for any technical problems and changes- Support end user on PC troubleshoot- Ensure IT infrastructure and operation is running smoothly- Generate ad hoc periodic reports as when required- Conduct training for end user on IT software and IT technical- Maintain and monitor costing/budget of IT expenditure- Liaise with external vendor for any breakdown or changes- Other work related projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor**Job Requirement**- Possess Degree in Computer Science with at least 3-5 years relevant experience- Good in Hardware and IT support- Result Oriented and able work under pressure- Able to commit and complete task within the given deadline- Possess good communication and problem solving skill**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
