It Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, and working with the IT development team to ensure that the final product meets the needs of the business. The IT Business Analyst will also work with sales, marketing, management, customer service team and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the product is aligned with the company's overall strategy.**Key responsibilities**:- Liaising between the IT Department, Management and Clients (partners)- Gather and analyse client/business requirement and manage the end to end project development- Assist in system design, testing, deployment and post production- Produce end to end IT/project documentation- Finding technological solutions to business requirements- Analysing data to inform business decisions- Sourcing and implementing new business technology- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services- Added advantages:- _Knowledge on Excel Marco_- _Knowledge on Insurance related IT Integration_- _Knowledge on API/programming_- _Knowledge on RPA or cloud management_**General Requirements**- Min 1 to 2 years of experiences (fresh graduates with IT qualifications are encouraged to apply)- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies- Self-motivated yet customer-focused- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Have own transport to work in Desa Sri Hartamas- Working hour: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm).
