**About the Role**:The IT BRM will liaise between IT and the team members to help understand their technology needs. You will be with care for a group, developing deep institutional knowledge and helping map requirements and processes to IT architecture.You will help prioritize tech-enabled projects, ensuring return on investment is realized and is aligned with the Association's Strategy. You will report to Senior Manager - IT Business Relationship Manager**You Will**:- Guide communication between IT and the partner groups to understand their technology needs and issues.- Obtain an understanding of relevant business area(s) to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.- Be a lead for strategic IT initiatives for the department- Establish a communication methodology for efficient organizational communication.- Create artefacts, including business case documentation, scope documentation, and process flow.- Use multiple techniques to understand our requirements, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and storyboards.- Shape requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.- Identify and help prioritize opportunities to improve business processes.- Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks.- Help resolve between team member groups by facilitating discussions and escalating issues.- Translate conceptual user requirements into precise, detailed functional requirements.- Manage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process.- Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize needs.- Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps.- Support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions.- Lead small projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects.- Promote a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to junior-level analysts.- Collaborate with leaders across the organization and share ownership of maturing the BRM function.- Address vendor and client complaints respectfully and promptly and demonstrate the value of IT services and capabilities.- Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; build test cases.**You Have**:- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience).- Good with business analysis capability- Business analysis certification or similar.- Professional certification in project management.- Have experienced in "waterfall" and "agile" project management methodologies.- Have experienced in ITIL- Lead a global team and work in different times zones.- #LI-Hybrid- #LI-JS1**How We Support You**:We provide flexibility to help you achieve a good work-life balance.
