To design, develop, test, maintain, enhance and support internal develop systems to fulfill business requirements.- To liaise with user to identify and document user requirements and gap analysis.- Consult with managerial, executives to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes to ensure adherence to company policy.- Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in appropriate language.- Perform unit testing, integration testing and functional testing.- Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems.- Balance workday between multiple projects and fast respond to tech support requests from staff.- Troubleshoots, diagnose problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary.- Perform or direct revision, repair or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.- Analyze data and prepare report as when required.- Supervise and process helpdesk support requests promptly and accurately.- Continue to own know-how of business processes and functionalities of systems domain in charged and assist in exploring, studying new technologies and practices.- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Requirement- Proficient in software development using Android Studio, Java, PHP, ASP.net in C#.
