It Executive

**IT APPLICATION****INFRASTRUCTURE**- To manage and support Computer/Operation System/Printer/ LCD Projector/Laptop/Polycom etc.- To manage and support window servers such as AD/DNS/ IP PABX/Anti-Virus/ Files / Business Application / FTP etc.- To manage and support Network Infrastructure such as Internet/Firewall/Switch/Router/Wifi/Wireless/Fiber Optic/VPN etc.- To develop and documentation standards for hardware/software/network/server related matters.**GENERAL**- To provide first level support for IT operation including IT system and equipments in the company.- To deliver quality response service daily and ensuring that any issues are logged prioritized and resolved within agreed timeframe.- To provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occuring.- To provide updates for the weekly report, and monthly progress to the Manager. To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.- To support IT Department action plan and comply with grant agreements, assurances,regulations, guidelines and instructions and IT policies and procedures.**SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (SHE)**- To ensure a clean, healthy, and safe standard of working areas and facilities.- To report unsafe condition to superior- To supportand be involved in the setting up and maintenance of SHE management system.**OTHERS**- To cooperate with team to maintain filing & storage of document well arranged.- To perform any duty or task assigned by superior.**Job requirements**:- Preferably Diploma / Degree in Business IT, Computer science, Information Technology- Preferably at least 3 years' working experience in a related field.- Able to perform under pressure.- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,900.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Network infrastructure: 3 years (preferred)- Windows: 3 years (preferred)
