It Governance Engineer

Take lead in the development, review and reporting of key IT risk exposures and metrics, and provide independent reporting on the IT risk posture or activities to the management team and stakeholders.Main responsibilitiesDesign WSM IT Governance framework and Operating ModelDefine and standardize business operating model including RACI matrices surrounding WSM core applications.Implement WSM IT Governance framework and Operating Model to improve alignment and controlsConsolidate and standardize existing and future platform requirements, investments and supportConduct IT risk assessments; identify and assess IT risks, evaluate countermeasures and recommend effective controls to mitigate IT risks.Monitor IT risks, map risk profiles and manage the IT risk register.Conduct periodic review on activities performed by various teams against the company policies and procedures.Recommend changes or updates of policies and procedures.Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with risk owners, and manage risks to minimize impact from incidents, breaches or non-complianceDeliver technology risk oversight using data-driven risk reports and ensure maintenance of IT risk registerIdentify and implement initiatives to promote and uplift the IT Risk Management culture.Conduct regular communication and refresher trainings to maintain a good level of IT risk awarenessResponsible to define the IT policies, standards and guidelines.Support regulatory requirements, audit and business development which requires IT supportResponsible to drive, support and tracking IT Security Project/ProgramStrong understanding of information security principles such as ISO 27001 and other regulatory complianceQualificationsMandatory requirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems or other related disciplines from an accredited institution is requiredExperience in Enterprise IT Governance including IT risk management and controlsExcellent business acumen, commercial and analytical skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and applying sound project management to assigned work.Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently on semi ambiguous tasks with limited supervisionRelevant certifications are a plus.#WSM
