Location: KL SentralRequirements:Strong understanding of Mac + WinDecent Knowledge of G SuiteGood understanding of Network LAN and WANActivities: based on the mentioned scope, activities include, but are not limited to:Communicate effectively on IT specific issuesPerform system testing in a development environmentIdentify and communicate possible IT process improvementsEscalate issues where necessary to relevant local or global departmentsReview technical documentation providing input where necessaryExecute System related Installation/Operational Qualification and ValidationWork individually or within a team to support and deliver project requirementsConfigure production line devices for Local and corporate networks and Database connectionsCapture and take ownership of issues in the Jira IT ticketing system where necessary, following through to resolutionPerform machine imaging and Microsoft OS deploymentProvide and document System User Access via Active DirectoryManage IT Software backup inventoryProvide support to IT colleagues on occasion when required for other IT related issuesCommunicate global system maintenance updates to production stakeholders and advise on necessary downtimeAssess Production Level Data prior to deploymentSupport Microsoft Office Suite
