It Infrastructure Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:- To provide technical and maintenance support for end users and software / hardware, vendors for new function and requirement customization.- Manage IT help desk support issues.- To maintain IT inventory and handle disposal of fixed assets.- Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by superior and onsite support on weekends if needed.**Key Requirements**:- Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or any related field.- Well versed in IP protocol (TCP/IP) networking routing and switching protocols, VPN, Firewall, IPS, Load Balancer, WAF.- Experienced in Fortinet, Windows Server, HP/Aruba switchers, Veeam, VMWare, MikroTik.- Working day and hours : Monday to Friday : 8:00 am 5:30 pm- Saturday : 8:00 am 12:00 pm**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
