It Internship (March Intake)

Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support- Organize and maintain IT resources- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management- Identify and troubleshoot errors with the websites- Test the appearance and ease of access of the website on many different browsers and devices- Communicate regularly with the clients and help in the training to use the website optimally- Perform analysis to understand the user needs- Assist in the development and improvement of the software to meet the user needs- Conduct tests and identify errors of the programs- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging- Help with the software implementations, for example by providing training and support for the staff who will operate the software**Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major- Familiar with Java,.NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite- **Tamil speakers** preferred (to communicate with our IT staff from India)- Strong verbal and written communication- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work well in teams- Strong work ethic and attention to detail**First preference to those who can start from March onwards!!!****How to Apply**:Through Indeed job platform/through WhatsApp to **012-3343059 (Ms Shal)**.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Can you join in March?
