It Officer

Responsibilities:- keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them- monitor and maintain computer systems and networks- provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues- troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults- replace parts as required- follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system- set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues- respond within agreed time limits to call-outs- work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)- prioritise and manage many open cases at one time- rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years working experience or Diploma in Information Technology with 1 year working experience in the same or related field.- Possess resourcefulness, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.- Able to work independently.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- What is your Expected Salary?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- IT: 2 years (preferred)
