It Project Coordinator

**Job scope**:- Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.- Supervise projects activities.- Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.- Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.- Manage expectations, control and track project performance.- Reporting project status on a weekly basis to customer and the project team.- Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.- Communicate with vendors and project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.- Establish a strong relationship with customers, partners and/or team members to manage any internal or external.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology- At least 1 year experience in IT field- Good verbal and written communicator.- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or other IT relevant- The position might require working late hours to meet customers' deadlines.- Able to accept criticism and improve on it.- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.- Must be able to work independently and good interpersonal skills.- Have exposures/knowledge in project management or project lifecycle.- Excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.- Strong research skills**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- IT: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
