It Project Manager

5-10 years experience in project management- Certification in PMI is an added advantage.- Experience in working in banking environment is an added advantage.Technical/Functional skills- Proven project domain competency.- Have completed 2 full terms of Project Management role in IT projects.- Able to handle and manage stakeholders throughout the project execution cycle.- Able to work with vendor with off-site development team- Self starter, agile in work assignment and strong problem solving skill- Team Leadership, dynamics and a good team player.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior business users & IT.- Ability to work with peers and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working under tight deadlines.- Highly result oriented and can work independently.- Plan the allocation of resources and monitor progress.- Actively participate in issue management and resolve issues on time.- Monitor and ensure project delivery timeline on track.- Monitor and control Project Budget.- Analyze and manage project risk.- Proactive project planning and effective enforcement- To ensure project documentation is kept up-to-date.- Assume responsibility for tasks as directed by Sr Tech PMPersonal skills- Good people and project management skills- Always command control during project execution & negotiation.- Excellent team handling and time managementSalary : Max RM10,000 ( base on Experience )Location : Kuala LumpurDomain : Banking**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
