**Job Title**: IT Project Manager**Job Type**: 24 months contract, extendable**Location**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (onsite)**Job Description (JD)**- Ensuring project plans are developed and agreed by all key stakeholders.- Ensuring that assigned projects are managed in line with the PMO's project methodology.- Effectively planning and managing assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed budget and timescales through all stages of the project lifecycle.- Effectively engaging and managing senior stakeholders.- Planning and coordinating the engagement of all project resources including business resources and vendor/external resources.- Proactively leading resources to ensure that they are working efficiently and achieving the objectives set for them.- Ensuring that risks and issues are identified, reported, and managed through to resolution.- Ensuring status reports are produced and accurately reflect project progress.- Developing and delivering robust stakeholder engagement plans.- Ensuring all project communications are timely, relevant, and appropriate to the audience.- Organizing and attending the appropriate project status meetings, ensure that meeting attendees are issued with reading materials in advance.- Ensure any Change related services outsourced (either internally or externally) have proper agreements in place, plus effective monitoring and control.**Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)**- Minimum 7 years Project Management and Business Analysis experience preferably within a banking or financial institution environment- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)- Knowledge of Project Management software to manage and monitor required tasks.**Application Process**:**Whatsapp : 016-301-0900****Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM11,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Project management: 7 years (required)- Business analysis: 1 year (preferred)- Banking domain: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
